1. Accuracy and information

Golf Adria and our partners has taken all care to ensure published information are accurate however if we identify an error or omission on the following publication, we will inform you before confirming your booking.

2. Booking confirmation

On receipt of your enquiry we will send you via e-mail the confirmation of your request with all the details inluding prices. If accepted we will send an official confirmation document which will contain all the facilities and services that we will provide for you. Bookings received in this way are provisional and will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit (if required) or your credit card details which will be used as a booking guarantee only.

3. Payment terms

Whenever possible payment for the services will be made by the client directlly at the hotel and in that case as a booking guarantee we will need your credit card details which will be not credited.

In other instances a deposit of 10% to 20% of the value of your holiday will be required as in some cases golf courses and our partner hotels require a deposit in order to confirm the bookings. The balance of your booking must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the date your contracted holiday is due to commence. Bookings made less than 2 weeks before your date of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Once we receive the full payment the necessary vouchers for the service booked will be sent to you via e-mail. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit paid as the administration fee.

4. Payments by credit cards

There are no surchargesfor credit card payment. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which guarantees safe and secure data transfer. SSL technology is the industry standard and the best available software for secure online transactions.

5. Payment

If your payment is not received within 14 days the booking will automatically be cancelled. Please check the confirmation carefully to make sure that all your booking details are all correct. Contact us urgently if your confirmation appears to be incorrect or incomplete and we will endeavor to make the necessary changes. Golf Adria reserves the right to make changes and correct errors after bookings have been confirmed.

All client money received is forwarded to our service partners providers before the client arrival and start using the services.

6. Cancellation policy

You can cancel or change your booking free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. Late cancellation or a no-show is charged 100% of the total stay. Throughout the year 2021 if affected by flight cancellations or other official travel restrictions, Covid-19 related, a free cancellation can be made until 24hrs prior to arrival.

7. Standard of play / golf etiquette

Knowledge of golf etiquette and the rules of golf are expected by all golf players. Some golf courses will require handicap certificates before accepting visitors, which we will try to advise you of at the time of booking.

8. Tee times

Golf courses reserve the right to alter confirmed tee times. If your confirmed tee times for a particular golf club has cancelled your reservation or changed your tee time we will try to find a suitable alternative. You will be charged or refunded for any difference in the original cost. Such changes do not entitle you to cancel a holiday that is part of a package.

9. Conditions of golf courses

The condition of golf courses varies throughout the year. General golf course maintenance on tee boxes, fairways and greens are an essential feature of golf course preparation. Golf Adria cannot be held responsible for the impact of such work.

10. Our description

The descriptions of the hotels and golf courses and other aspects of the holidays are based on opinions gained on site visits and on the opinions of hotels themselves. We are not always able to exercise control over all the components of the holiday arrangements and it is possible that an advertised amenity be withdrawn or changed due to various reasons such as water conservation, renovation work, etc. We cannot accept liability for loss, damage or inconvenience in such circumstances

11. Insurance

Golf Adria limited strongly recommends you undertake golf travel insurance. Some insurance companies may consider the game of golf as a dangerous sport and you should mention your participation when obtaining a quotation. You should also ensure that your golf equipment is covered in the policy.

12. Booking online - Fast and easy

Our website offers you the option to tailor make your holiday and book your golf break to your specific needs, all booked online. We put at your disposal the best prices with real-time confirmation in few clicks.

If you wish to book online simply select the date you want to travel, your tee time preference, group size and go through the booking process.

13. Last minute booking

Short term bookings (up to 3 nights before arrival) can be booked online only. Payment is made online with credit cards.
