Our offer includes meat but also fish and seafood delicacies. Almost all the greatest gastronomic specialities are on offer: from home-cured ham, cheese and curd cheese, through cuttlefish, mussels, scampi and sole, to asparagus, truffles and Istrian ox "boškarin" meat. The offer also includes several supreme quality olive oils from local producers.

Our gastronomic concept is based on excellent local basic ingredients, as well as on their traditional methods of preparation. Our kitchen does not deliver anything spectacular or extravagant, but you will be surprised by the freshness and quality of our ingredients, which are minimally processed in the kitchen, in order to preserve their original properties. Awarded the best restaurant in Istria 2019.

Top domestic cuisine

Great domestic food, great service, wonderful surroundings, acceptable prices. What else to say about this small family run restaurant? Maybe good to mention that there are well known vineries in the neighbourhood (Kozlovic, Kabola...), and you do not have to worry about your business emails (no signal). Enjoy!

Konoba Morgan, the village Brtonigla

The Morgan tavern philosophy is to offer their guests only traditional dishes made according to the traditional recipe. Traditional recipes which our „grandmothers“ used with only seasonal foodstuff.

Guests can taste dishes based on mushrooms, truffles and game (wild boar, venison, pheasant, woodcock, rabbit) and in spring are inevitable asparagus, ricotta and shoulder blade meat in oil, everything with homemade pasta, of course. The house specialty is grilled meat, especially the Fiorentina steak also with white truffles.
